The Room of Spirit and Time is used to go back to previous quest or saga's. It is only located on Earth. If you happen to beat the quest or saga you get the same amount of stats as before but not the same items. So if in the real quest they got a DB(Dragonball) you might get Potara Earrings. It costs 300000 zenny. Up to 10 people can be in at one time. You stay in there until you win or die. If you die you don't go to Heavan or HFIL but back to Earth.
